  • For Masala

  • In a blender, take Brown Onion, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder, 1/2 tsp Mace,1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick, 3 Cloves, 1 Green Elaichi, 2 tsp Khas Khas, 1 tsp chopped Ginger, 1 tsp chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Grated Papaya, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, 5 Kaju and Water as required.

  • Grind all ingredients into a smooth paste.

  • For Kebab

    In another blender, take 1/2 cup minced mutton , 1/4 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Ghee, 1 tsp Rose Water and add prepared masala.

  • Blend all ingredients well until smooth consistency.

  • Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a pan.

  • Shape the Mixture into Seekh

  • Shallow fry from all sides till it is completely done.

  • Serve hot with Green Chutney

  • For Seekh Roll

  • On a Chapati, put 1 Seekhand add 1/8 cup julienne Cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped Cucumber, 1/8 cup julienne Onion, and 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.

  • Roll the chapati

  • Tasty Mutton Seekh Roll is ready to serve.
