For Masala
- Step 1 In a blender, take 1/2 cup browned onion, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, 1/2 tsp mace,1/2 inch cinnamon Stick, 3 cloves, 1 green elaichi, 2 tsp khas khas, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tsp grated papaya, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 5 kaju and water as required.
- Step 2 Grind all ingredients into a smooth paste.

For Kebab
- Step 1 In another blender, take 1/2 cup minced mutton , 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp ghee, 1 tsp rose water and add the prepared masala.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Blend all ingredients well until smooth consistency.
- Step 4 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 5 Shape the mixture into seekh.
- Step 6 Shallow fry from all sides till it is completely done.
- Step 7 Serve hot with green chutney.
