Mutton Satay Recipe

Mutton Satay is a tasty, delicious recipe and is easy to make at home. It is a great tiffin option which is loaded with thiamin, vitamins B6 and B12, phosphorus, iron and copper.

10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
1/2 Puree Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
60 Gm(60.0 gm) Mutton
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Brown Sugar
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Lemon Grass
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Peanut Butter
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
  • In a mixing bowl add prepared onion puree,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp cumin powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp brown sugar,1/4th tsp peanut butter,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped lemongrass, mutton strips and mix it well.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a griller pan.

  • Insert marinated mutton strips into skewers.

  • Grill it in the heated oil and let it cook well.

  • Serve hot with noodles/rice or as it is as a snack.
