1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Minced Cup(32.0 gm) Mutton
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Julienne Cup(7.0 gm) Violet Cabbage
1/8 Julienne Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • For Stuffing

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/8th cup minced mutton along with 1/8th cup of each julienne onion, and julienne violet cabbage.

  • Saute for a while add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/8th tsp salt mix together, turn off the heat and keep aside.

  • For Chapati

    Take 1/8th cup whole wheat flour, with 1/8th tsp salt and sufficient water to knead a soft dough.

  • Take a small portion of dough, dust with some flour, and roll a thin chapati.

  • Transfer to a heated tawa and roast from one side.

  • Flip the chapati and add prepared stuffing.

  • Roll the chapati and serve with ketchup or chutney.
