Mutton and vegetable makes a great combination of protein, fibre vitamins, and minerals. A healthy yet tasty option for your child to snack on.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/8th cup minced mutton along with 1/8th cup of each julienne onion, and julienne violet cabbage.
Saute for a while add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/8th tsp salt mix together, turn off the heat and keep aside.
Take 1/8th cup whole wheat flour, with 1/8th tsp salt and sufficient water to knead a soft dough.
Take a small portion of dough, dust with some flour, and roll a thin chapati.
Transfer to a heated tawa and roast from one side.
Flip the chapati and add prepared stuffing.
Roll the chapati and serve with ketchup or chutney.
