2.0 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

  • In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tbsp ghee

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 black elaichi, 2 black pepper, 2 green elaichi, 2 clove, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th cup julienne onion and saute till its golden brown

  • Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • Now add 100 gm mutton,add 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8th cup chopped tomato and mix it well

  • Add 1/2 cup of basmati rice and add water, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Mix it well

  • Pressure cook for 3 whistles

  • Serve it hot
