In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tbsp ghee
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 black elaichi, 2 black pepper, 2 green elaichi, 2 clove, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th cup julienne onion and saute till its golden brown
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp green chilli paste
Now add 100 gm mutton,add 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8th cup chopped tomato and mix it well
Add 1/2 cup of basmati rice and add water, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well
Pressure cook for 3 whistles
Serve it hot
