- Step 1 In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 black elaichi, 2 black peppercorns, 2 green elaichi, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, and 1/4 cup julienned onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp green chili paste.
- Step 4 Now add 100 g mutton, along with 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 cup chopped tomato. Mix well.
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup basmati rice and water, then stir in 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 7 Mix well.
- Step 8 Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
