  • In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside.

  • Take a pressure cooker and heat 1.5 tsp oil in it.

  • Add 1/4 cup onion and saute till it turns golden brown.

  • Add 1 green elaichi, 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp black pepper and saute well.

  • Add the prepared paste and saute till the oil releases.

  • Add 150 gm goat leg pieces and mix well with the masala.

  • Then add water as required, 1 bay leaf and 1/4 tsp lemon juice.

  • Cover and pressure cook till 7 to 8 whistles.

  • Finally add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Serve hot.
