- Step 1 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp khas khas roast
- Step 2 it well.
- Step 3 Add 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till translucent.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli,1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute it on low heat till it starts to leave oil.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, little water and stir well till the raw smell of Nestlé A+ Curd goes.
- Step 6 Add 2.5 tsp cashew powder and cooked mutton with water to adjust consistency.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 9 Serve hot with naan or chapati.
