- Step 1
For Kibbeh Dough
In a mixing bowl add 1/3rd cup semolina,1/8th tsp salt, water as required and knead into the soft dough. Keep aside.
- Step 2
For Mutton Stuffing
In a pan add 1/8th cup minced mutton,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp cumin powder, add 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Take the dough and divide it into an equal portion.
- Step 4
Fill the mutton mixture in each portion and seal it.
- Step 5
Heat oil in a nonstick and roast the mutton kibbeh till golden brown in color.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
