Mutton Kebab Recipe

Mutton Kebab are a delectable North Indian delicacy made with minced mutton flavoured with a blend of spices to create succulent kebabs with remarkable taste and fresh aroma. These protein-rich kebabs are delicious with green chutneys paired along with chapatis, pao or naan.

1/2 Minced Cup(126.0 gm) Mutton
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Grated Tsp(3.0 gm) Papaya
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup minced mutton, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp jeera and blend.

  • Then, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, mix and keep aside.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil, add the kebab and shallow fry till golden brown.

  • Tasty mutton kebab is ready to serve.
