Mutton Kebab Recipe

These Protein Rich Kebabs are extremely mouthwatering and can go with Chapatis, pao or naan

1/2 Cup(126.0 gm) Mutton (Minced )

1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion (Chopped )

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Papaya (Grated)

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup minced mutton, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp jeera.

  • Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil, add the kebab andcshallow fry till golden brown.

  • Tasty mutton kebab is ready to serve.
