These Protein Rich Kebabs are extremely mouthwatering and can go with Chapatis, pao or naan
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup minced mutton, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp jeera.
Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add the kebab andcshallow fry till golden brown.
Tasty mutton kebab is ready to serve.
