- Step 1 First prepare the marinade with 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tbsp mustard oil,1/4 tsp salt .Mix all Ingredients well.
- Step 2 Add 100 gm mutton pieces and marinate for 4 hour.
- Step 3 In a kadhai heat 2 tsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp ghee, add1/8th tsp sugar, 1 no. bay leaf, 1 no. green elaichi, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 no. cloves, 1 no. black elaichi, and 1/8th cup julienne onion
- Step 4 Saute it till golden brown.
- Step 5 Then, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it till raw smell goes.
- Step 6 Add spices, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tbsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt and saute the spices till it starts to release oil.
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and water and allow tomatoes to turn soft and mushy.
- Step 8 Then, add the marinated mutton and mix well.
- Step 9 Cover with a lid and allow to cook.
- Step 10 Give a nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 11 Serve hot with rice.
