For Noodles
- Step 1 Boil 1/4 cup noodles with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp oil.

For Mutton Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/4 cup minced mutton and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix it and cook it well.

For Sauce
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp tahini,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar,1 tsp red chili flakes,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well
- Step 2 Add boiled noodles and minced mutton mixture. Combine all together well.
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
