Congee or conjee is a type of rice porridge or gruel eaten in Asian countries. This Mutton Congee is tasty & delicious and is loaded with Protein, Magnesium, and Iron.

1/8 Minced Cup(30.0 gm) Mutton
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Slice(3.0 gm) Ginger
1/8 Cup(26.0 gm) Rice
  • In a kadhai add 1/8 cup rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, cover, 1/8th cup minced mutton,1 tbsp chopped carrot, and cook it till lightly thick.

  • Add into the 1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve with soya sauce.
