- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 1/8 cup rice, water as required, 1/2 sliced ginger, 1/8 cup minced mutton,1 tbsp chopped carrot, and cook it till the mutton is done and the congee is lightly thick.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
