- Step 1 Poach 1egg with water,1 tsp vinegar and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 1/4 cup chopped onion,1/8 cup minced mutton and saute it till mutton is cooked.
- Step 3 Transfer into a bowl and add 1/4 cup chopped cabbage,1/8 cup chopped carrot,1/3 cup boiled mashed potatoes,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp refined flour and combine all together.
- Step 4 Make a bubble squeak like a patty and shallow fry it with 1 tsp olive oil.
- Step 5 Place patty on a plate then place the poached egg over it.
- Step 6 Pour 1/2 tsp olive oil and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Serve.
