Mutton Biryani is a traditional Indian recipe, loaded with carbohydrates and protein, aids in replenishing depleted energy levels, making it nutrient dense meal option.
Heat 1 tsp Oil
Add 1/4 tsp Jeera
Add 1 no. Black Elichi
Add 2 no. Green Elichi
Add 4 no Clove
Add 4 no Black Pepper Corns
Add marinated mutton
Add Mutton Stock
Cook till meat is tender.
In another kadai, add 1/2 tbsp ghee, cooked mutton, cooked rice and spread evenly.
Add reaming 1/2 tbsp Ghee on it
Add brown onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped Pudina leaves.
Close the lid & cook for 10 min on low heat.
Serve hot with raita.
