- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp jeera,1 black elaichi, 2 green elaichi, 4 clove, 4
- Step 2 black pepper, marinated mutton, mutton stock cook till meat become tender.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashewnut.
- Step 4 In another pan, add 1/2 tbsp ghee, cooked mutton, cooked rice, and spread evenly,
- Step 5 and add reaming 1/2 tbsp ghee to it
- Step 6 Now add brown onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina
- Step 7 leaves. Close the lid & cook for 10 min on low heat.
- Step 8 Serve hot with raita
