  • Heat 1 tsp Oil

  • Add 1/4 tsp Jeera

  • Add 1 no. Black Elichi

  • Add 2 no. Green Elichi

  • Add 4 no Clove

  • Add 4 no Black Pepper Corns

  • Add marinated mutton

  • Add Mutton Stock

  • Cook till meat is tender.

  • (Nestle Twist)

  • In another kadai, add 1/2 tbsp ghee, cooked mutton, cooked rice and spread evenly.

  • Add reaming 1/2 tbsp Ghee on it

  • Add brown onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped Pudina leaves.

  • Close the lid & cook for 10 min on low heat.

  • Serve hot with raita.
