- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until translucent.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt and saute everything together
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp peas, pour in some water and mix well
- Step 4 Cover the pan and cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup diced mushrooms and cook until soft
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8 Serve hot with roti or rice.
