For the besan mixture
Add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp ajwain and little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 cup chopped mustard leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion and mix it well.
- Step 3
*For deepfrying*
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Step 4
Add a spoonful of the methi besan mixture.
- Step 5
Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown.
- Step 6
Serve it hot with ketchup.
