- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp besan,1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp ajwain and water as required, mix it properly for a thick but smooth batter.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 cup chopped mustard leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4 Heat oil in a pan.
- Step 5 Add a spoonful of the besan veggie mixture.
- Step 6 Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown.
- Step 7 Serve it hot with ketchup.
