Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp olive oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onions.
- Step 2
Saute till it turns translucent, then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of each jeera powder, black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp green chili paste and saute.
- Step 3
Sprinkle little water if needed.
- Step 4
Add cooked chole, 3 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp mango powder and water as required.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 6
Saute well and blend the mixture with the help of hand blender.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped pudina and serve hot.
