Mushrooms And Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Serve these mushroom sandwiches with pesto, coriander chutney or tomato ketchup. You can have them as a morning breakfast or evening snack. A cup of hot tea will also go well, if having these sandwiches as an evening snack.

1/8 Cup(12.0 gm) Mushroom(Diced)
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Cheese(Grated)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a Pan, heat oil on a low flame.

  • Add chopped onion, mushroom and salt and saute well.

  • Saute for 2 min

  • Now remove the mixture in a small bowl.

  • On a plate take 2 slices of bread to apply butter on it.

  • Add the mushroom mixture on one of the bread slices, add grated cheese above the mixture, cover the mixture with other slices of bread. (Nutrition Twist )

  • Cut into 2 pcs and serve.
