- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 2 Saute over low flame until soft
- Step 3 Transfer the mixture to a bowl and keep aside.
- Step 4 Take 2 wheat bread slices and apply 2 tsp butter evenly
- Step 5 Add the mushroom mixture one one slice and sprinkle 2 tsp grated cheese.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Cover with another slice, cut and serve.
