- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped mushroom, diced zucchini, boiled diced sweet potato and saute
- Step 2 Add water as required and cook until the vegetables are soft
