- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/2 cup diced mushroom and saute until golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 2 Heat 1/2 oil, add 2 green cardamoms, 2 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tsp chopped garlic and saute until soft.
- Step 3 Add the roasted spice powder and pour in little water
- Step 4 Simmer for a minute and add 1/8 tsp of each haldi, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.
- Step 6 Pour in some more water, add vinegar and sauteed mushrooms
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 8 Mix everything together and cook for a minute
- Step 9 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 10 Serve hot.
