1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Celery Stalk
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
50 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, and saute it well.

  • Add 1 number of bay leaf,2 number of black peppercorn,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/4 cup chopped mushroom, and saute it well.

  • Add 1 tbsp maida then mix well it till combine with vegetables. Then add water as required,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, mix well, and cook them well.

  • Serve hot.
