- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tsp oil and mix everything.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour and pour in little water
- Step 3 Mix everything to a smooth paste and keep aside
- Step 4 Take a skewer, insert green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and mushrooms alternately
- Step 5 Apply the marination mixture on the vegetables.
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, brush it with oil, place the skewers and roast the skewers
- Step 7 Cook until cooked and charred
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 9 Serve hot with a dip or chutney of your choice.
