Mushrooms are loaded with essential nutrients and are available all year-round. It is a good source of iron, contains Vitamin D, antioxidants, strengthens the immune system and provides liver protection.
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp curd.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp oil and mix.
Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour mixture and water.
Mix into a smooth paste and keep aside.
For tikka skewers
Insert vegetables & mushrooms alternately on skewers, apply the marination well on the vegetables.
Roast till light brown and well cooked.
Serve hot with a dip or chutney of your choice.
