Prepare this healthy soup with tons of nutritious leafy greens and veggies like spinach and musrooms.
Make puree from 3/4th cup chopped palak and keep aside.
In a pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute well.
Add 1/4th cup chopped mushroom, palak puree and mix well.
Add 1/4th tsp pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp cream, water and let it simmer.
