1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Cream
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
3/4 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Palak
  • Prepreparation

    Make puree from 3/4th cup chopped palak and keep aside.

  • For Soup

    In a pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped mushroom, palak puree and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp cream, water and let it simmer.

  • Serve hot.
