For Mushroom Spinach Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add a black peppercorn, 1 bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/8 tsp salt, and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add prepared tomato puree made by grinding 1 tomato, and cook it nicely.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.

For Pie
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, mash and whisk till creamy.
- Step 2 Take a baking mold and add the mushroom spinach mixture. Pipe in the potato mixture with a piping bag over the mushroom mixture.
- Step 3 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture turns light brown in color.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
