- Step 1 Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1/2 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped mushroom and saute again.
- Step 4 Add required water and allow it to simmer.
- Step 5 Then, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 6 Add cornflour slurry and stir well.
- Step 7 Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat and serve hot.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding dill leaves.
