Mushroom Soup Recipe

Mushrooms are low in sodium and safe to be consumed by those who have high blood pressure. This soup has only 76 calories and great for weight loss as mushrooms are low in calories and we have used low-fat milk.

Nutritional info

1/2 Cup(46.0 gm) Mushroom (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • Heat a kadhai on low flame, Add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.

  • Add 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic and saute till aromatic.

  • Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Mushroom and saute again.

  • Add required Water and allow it to simmer.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder.

  • Add Cornflour Slurry and Stir Well.

  • Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat and serve hot.
