1/2 Chopped Cup(46.0 gm) Mushroom

1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

1.0 Tsp(2.0 gm) Corn Flour

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter

150.0 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1/2 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.
Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.
Add 1/2 cup chopped mushroom and saute again.
Add required water and allow it to simmer.
Then, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
Add cornflour slurry and stir well.
Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat and serve hot.
