3/4 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Brown Sugar
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Cup(46.0 gm) Mushroom
  • For Mushroom Mixture

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1/2 cup chopped mushroom and saute it well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, water as required, mix and simmer it well.

  • For Batter

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,3/4th tsp baking powder,1/4th number egg,1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp oil and mix it well.

  • In a ceramic bowl add mushroom mixture,1/8th cup grated mozzarella cheese, and cover with a prepared batter.

  • Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes and serve hot.
