Mushroom Rice Recipe

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

2 No.(0.22 gm) Cloves

  • In a pan add 1 tbsp butter, tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. cloves

  • saute well, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp diced mushroom, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala

  • and saute well.

  • Cooked rice & 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
