In a pan add 1 tbsp butter, tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. cloves
saute well, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp diced mushroom, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala
and saute well.
Cooked rice & 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
