These super delicious & healthy Mushroom Ragi Momos are the perfect evening snack filled with loads of mushrooms and flavours and are packed with Protein, Fiber and Calcium.

For Mushroom Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped mushroomand saute it well.
Add 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chilly sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
In 1/8th cup ragi flour, 1/8th cup whole wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt,and mix it well.
Add water as required and knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.
Cut into small circles and add the mixture to Seal.
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
