For Mushroom Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped mushroom and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.

For Momo
- Step 1 In 1/8 cup ragi flour, add 1/8 cup wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and mix it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into dough. Roll out into a small round shape.
- Step 3 Add the mushroom mixture in the center and seal the edges.
- Step 4 In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 5 Serve.
