For Palak Frankie Base
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, and prepared palak puree and mix it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3 Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

For Mushroom Paneer Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8th tsp jeera,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add into the 1/4 cup grated paneer, 30gm oyster mushroom, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding corn.
- Step 4 To assemble the frankie, place the palak base, spread the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd ketchup mixture over it and place the mushroom paneer mixture on one side.
- Step 5 Roll into a frankie and serve.
