Mushroom Masala Recipe

Mushroom masala consists of vitamin D which helps in maintaining bone and skin health. Goes perfectly with chapatti.

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

  • Preparation

    In a pan, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, prepared onion paste and saute it well

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th cup diced mushroom, prepared tomato puree and mix it well

  • Add 1 tbsp curd

  • Add water as required

  • Mix it well

  • Serve it hot

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
