Mushroom masala consists of vitamin D which helps in maintaining bone and skin health. Goes perfectly with chapatti.
In a pan, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, prepared onion paste and saute it well
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th cup diced mushroom, prepared tomato puree and mix it well
Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd
Add water as required
Mix it well
Serve it hot
Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
