In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup diced mushroom,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp sesame oil,1/4th tsp rice vinegar,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp cornflour and mix it well.
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant.
Take a mold to add into the mushroom mixture, rice mixture, little water.
Boil water in a steamer and place a mold.
Steam it till done and serve.
