- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. To this, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped
- Step 2 green chili, and 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste. Sauté well until the raw smell of ginger disappears.
- Step 3 Now add 1/3 cup diced mushroom and season it with spices. Add 1/2 tsp
- Step 4 jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt,
- Step 5 and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Mix and combine well.
- Step 7 Switch off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then
- Step 8 transfer it to a blender.
- Step 9 Add 1 tbsp besan, 1/4 cup diced potato, 1 tbsp grated paneer, and 1 tbsp
- Step 10 chopped coriander leaves to the blender.
- Step 11 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 12 Grind this mixture to make a smooth paste.
- Step 13 Remove the prepared mixture and shape it into galouti kebabs.
- Step 14 To fry these kebabs, heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 15 Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides and serve hot.
