This recipe is the vegetarian version of age-old galoti kebab using mushroom. An amazing charcoal smoked taste is infused to get that rustic flavor in the kebab. A melt in mouth kebab for all foodies
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, to this, Add 1/8 cup Chopped Onion, 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Saute Well till the raw smell of ginger goes.
Now Add 1/3rd cup Diced Mushroom and season it with spices, Add 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder, 1/4th tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4th tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Mix and Combine Well.
Switch off the heat and allow the mixture to come at room temperature, then transfer this to a Blender.
Add 1 tbsp Besan, 1/4th cup boiled Diced Potato, 1 tbsp Grated Paneer and 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves to the blender
Grind this mixture and Make smooth Paste.
Take Out Prepared Mixture and Shape into galoti kebabs.
To fry these kebabs, Heat 2 tsp Oil in a pan.
Shallow Fry Kebabs from Both Sides and serve hot.
