For Mushroom Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 tbsp dry red chili powder,1/8 tbsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp oregano,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and mix it well.

For Mushroom Fajita
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne green capsicum,1/8 cup julienne red capsicum,1/8 cup julienne yellow capsicum and saute it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 3 Place marinated mushroom, cover with a lid and cook on slow flame.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve.
