For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add the chopped egg whites, blanched mushrooms and 1 ½ tbsp chopped green capsicum.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 3 Add 2 tsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp mustard sauce, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt as per taste.
- Step 4 Mix well and keep it aside.

- Step 1 Take one brown bread slice and put the eggwhite mushroom stuffing and cover it with another slice.
- Step 2 Toast the sandwich with 1 tsp butter.
