PrePreparation
- Step 1 Make a slurry of 1/2 tsp corn flour with water.
- Step 2 Cook 2 tsp maida with 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it thickens to a batter consistency.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/3 tsp yeast,1/8 of an egg,1/8 of an egg yolk,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, prepared flour Nestlé A+ Milk batter and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Cover the dough with a cloth and rest them for 30 minutes.

For Mushroom Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/8 cup chopped onion and saute it till light brown in color.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/4 tbsp brown sugar,1 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp rice vinegar,1 tsp cayenne pepper and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, corn flour slurry, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4 Turn off the heat and keep aside.
- Step 5 Take the kneaded dough and divide the dough into small equal portions.
- Step 6 Flatten the dough ball lightly, fill the mushroom stuffing and roll into a bun like ball again.
- Step 7 Place on a baking tray and brush with 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 8 Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and serve.
