Mushroom Broccoli Pasta In Creamy Sauce Recipe

1/4 Cup(24.0 gm) Mushroom(Diced)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Cream

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

3/4 Tsp(3.0 gm) Salt

1/8 Tsp(0.29 ml) Olive Oil
  • First, boil, cook and drain 1/4th cup macaroni pasta in 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8th tsp olive oil.

  • To make the creamy sauce, in a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp butter.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp maida and mix well.

  • Lower heat, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and let it simmer, mixing thoroughly until the sauce thickens.

  • In a fresh pan, add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th cup of diced mushroom, and 5 broccoli florets and saute again.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp each of black pepper powder, oregano, salt, and mix well.

  • Now, add the prepared creamy sauce, 1 tbsp fresh cream and the cooked macaroni.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
