Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp butter, add 1/2 tbsp maida, and roast on low flame.
- Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix thoroughly until the sauce thickens and there are no lumps. Set aside.
- Step 3
Next, in another pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup diced mushroom, 5 broccoli florets and saute until vegetables are semisoft.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5
Add the creamy sauce, 1 tbsp cream and the cooked macaroni.
- Step 6
Mix well and cook for a minute until all flavors combine well.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding parsley.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
