Mushroom Broccoli Pasta (In Creamy Sauce) Recipe

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Maida
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Macaroni
1/4 Diced Cup(24.0 gm) Mushroom
5.0 Florets(39.0 gm) Broccoli
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Cream
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Tsp(0.29 ml) Olive Oil
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • For Creamy Sauce

    In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp butter.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp maida and mix well.

  • Lower heat, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and let it simmer, mixing thoroughly until the sauce thickens.

  • For Pasta

    In another pan, add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.

  • Add 1/4 cup of diced mushroom, and 5 broccoli florets and saute again.

  • Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.

  • Now, add the prepared creamy sauce, 1 tbsp cream and the cooked macaroni.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
