This creamy pasta will win everyones heart ! Its delicious, easy to make and has good amount of veggies.
First, boil, cook and drain 1/4th cup macaroni pasta in 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8th tsp olive oil.
To make the creamy sauce, in a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp butter.
Add 1/2 tbsp maida and mix well.
Lower heat, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and let it simmer, mixing thoroughly until the sauce thickens.
In a fresh pan, add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
Add 1/4th cup of diced mushroom, and 5 broccoli florets and saute again.
Season with 1/4th tsp each of black pepper powder, oregano, salt, and mix well.
Now, add the prepared creamy sauce, 1 tbsp fresh cream and the cooked macaroni.
Mix well and serve hot.
