Mushroom Barley Salad Recipe

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Diced Cup(24.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cucumber
4 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Barley
  • Add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th cup diced mushroom and saute well.

  • Take a mixing bowl, add previously cooked barley, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tsp lemon juice and sauted mushrooms.

  • To this mix further, add 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed, scoop out a single portion on a serving bowl.
