1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Flour Cup(27.0 ml) Bajra
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.62 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/8 Tsp(0.59 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(2.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • For Mushroom Mixture

    In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/4th cup chopped mushroomand saute it well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp red chilly sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.

  • For Wrap

    In a kadhai add water ,1/8th tsp salt and bring to a boil.

  • Add into the 1/4th cup bajra flour and mix it well.

  • Transfer in a mixing bowl add into the water as required and knead into the dough.Roll out on a rolling pin.

  • Cut into small circles and add the mushroom mixture to Seal.

  • In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.

  • Serve.
