Mushroom & Capsicum Salad Recipe

A combination of mushroom makes it a high in vitamin D and tomatoes containing a pigment called Lycopene are the major dietary source of antioxidants, Vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K, and folate.

Nutritional info

1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
1/4 Chopped Cup(36.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Olives
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup chopped capsicum, 1/4th cup chopped mushroom and 1 tbsp sliced olives and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

  • Sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

  • Mix properly using a spoon, making sure all the ingredients are equally distributed.

  • Garnish with lemon slices.

  • Serve chilled.
