A combination of mushroom makes it a high in vitamin D and tomatoes containing a pigment called Lycopene are the major dietary source of antioxidants, Vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K, and folate.
Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup chopped capsicum, 1/4th cup chopped mushroom and 1 tbsp sliced olives and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
Sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Mix properly using a spoon, making sure all the ingredients are equally distributed.
Garnish with lemon slices.
