Heat 1 tsp oil in a pressure cooker, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Once the onions start turning slightly transparent, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix.
Once the tomatoes are softened, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and mix.
Add the previously soaked 1/8th cup rice, previously soaked 1 tbsp moong dal, previously soaked 1 tbsp whole masoor, required amount of water, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly cover the cooker.
Once cooked, take off the flame and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot.
