140.0 Gm(140.0 gm) Mushi Maasa

1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan

1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Juice

1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
For marination
Place the fish pieces in a bowl and add in 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp rice flour in 1 tbsp besan.
Coat the fish well with flour mix.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Shallow fry the marinated fish from both sides.
Serve hot with slices of onion.
