- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp rajgira flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4 Pour in little water and mix well
- Step 5 Grease idli molds with 1/2 tsp oil, fill each mould with the batter
- Step 6 Place the idli plates in the steamer. Cover and steam on medium heat for 1012 minutes.
- Step 7 Check doneness by inserting a toothpick or knife; it should come out clean.
- Step 8 Let the idlis cool slightly before removing them from the molds using a spoon.
- Step 9 Serve hot with sambhar
