- Step 1 To the batter, add 1 tbsp each of jowar flour, rajgira flour and ragi flour and mix it well
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4 Pour in a little water and mix it well
- Step 5 Fill a steamer with water and bring it to a boil.
- Step 6 Grease idli molds with little oil, pour the fermented batter into the greased idli molds.
- Step 7 Place the molds in the steamer and steam for 1012 minutes
- Step 8 Gently demold the idlis from the molds and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. Enjoy!
