  • Into the fermented batter, add 1 tbsp each of jowar flour, rajgira flour and ragi flour along with 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp each of chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add water and adjust the consistency if required.

  • Grease idli tray with 1/2 tsp oil, pour the prepared batter into it, cover and steam till completely cooked.

  • Serve hot with sambhar or coconut chutney.
