- Step 1 Dry roast ground bajra, ground jowar, 2 tsp dalia, and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai, 2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, and 2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute.
- Step 3 Add 1.5 tbsp chopped carrot, 1.5 tbsp boiled peas and mix well.
- Step 4 Add the roasted grains and saute for a minute.
- Step 5 Pour water, cover, and cook until soft.
- Step 6 Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix everything.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve warm.
