Steps
- Step 1 Coarsely grind 2 tsp jowar & 2 tsp bajra
- Step 2 In a pan, add 2 tsp bajra, 2 tsp jowar, 2 tsp dalia and dry roast
- Step 3 In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 2 tsp black urad dal and mix well
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute
- Step 5 Now add 1
- Step 6 5 tbsp chopped carrot, 1
- Step 7 5 tbsp boiled peas and mix well
- Step 8 Add the mixture of grains and mix well
- Step 9 Add water, 1/4 salt, cover and allow to cook
- Step 10 Serve hot
