A soft satiating food item made with a mix of grains, pulses and veggies flavored with a few aromatic spices make a perfect breakfast, snack, tiffin or a light meal option.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp bajra, 1 tbsp jowar, 1 tbsp dalia and dry roast all the flours.
In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp black urad dal and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas, mix.
Add the flours and mix.
Add water, 1/4th salt, cover and allow to cook.
