1/8 Flour Cup(12.0 gm) Ragi
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) White Til
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1/8 Grated Cup(6.0 gm) Dry Coconut
1/8 Powder Cup(17.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Oats
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
1/2 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Besan
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup wheat flour,1/2 tbsp besan,1/8th cup maida,1 tbsp suji,1 tbsp oats,1/8th cup grated dry coconut ,1/8th cup powder sugar,1/4th tsp green elaichi powder,1/2 tbsp white til,1/2 tbsp ghee,1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required , mix and knead a soft dough.

  • Make a small balls and flatten them with palm.Deep fry in oil till golden.

  • Serve.
