- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1.5 tbsp oats flour, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and water.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough and divide into equalsized portions.
- Step 4 Roll each into a round and thick paratha
- Step 5 Heat a tawa over medium heat and place the paratha on it
- Step 6 Roast using ghee until both sides are golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd or any curry.
