  • For the pancake batter

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp suji, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp jeera, 20 ml water, mix it well and keep it aside

  • For roasting

  • Heat the tawa, add 1/2 tsp oil on it and pour the pancake batter on it. Then oil on sides of the pancake, cook for a minute.

  • Flip it on another side, roast evenly on both sides of the pancake.

  • Serve the hot pancake.
