1.0 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Ragi
1.0 Flour Tbsp(8.0 ml) Bajra

2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3.0 Tsp(8.0 ml) Oil
60.0 Ml(60.0 ml) Water
For the pancake batter
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp suji, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp jeera, 20 ml water, mix it well and keep it aside
For roasting
Heat the tawa, add 1/2 tsp oil on it and pour the pancake batter on it. Then oil on sides of the pancake, cook for a minute.
Flip it on another side, roast evenly on both sides of the pancake.
Serve the hot pancake.
