Multigrain Pancakes (Eggless) Recipe

Soft, airy, fluffy pancakes made nutritious with a variety of grains topped with a topping of your choice makes a perfect breakfast option.

1 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Bajra Flour

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Suji
ingredients
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • For the pancake batter

    In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp suji, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp jeera, 20 ml water, mix it well and keep it aside

  • For roasting

    Heat the tawa, add 1/2 tsp oil on it and pour the pancake batter on it. Then oil on sides of the pancake, cook for a minute.

  • Flip it on another side, roast evenly on both sides of the pancake.

  • Serve the hot pancake.
