20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
1 Flour Tbsp(8.0 ml) Bajra
1 Flour Tbsp(7.0 gm) Jowar
1.5 Flour Tbsp(9.0 gm) Oats
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp oats flour,1 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp bajra flour,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp ajwain, and water. Knead a dough.

  • Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.

  • Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.

  • Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.

  • Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee on both sides.

  • Serve hot with any side of your choice.
