Multigrain Laccha Paratha is not only nutritious but quite appetizing to look at , and even more tasty to bite into as the layers separated by ghee give a crumbly, melt in the mouth texture.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp oats flour,1 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp bajra flour,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp ajwain, and water. Knead a dough.
Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee on both sides.
Serve hot with any side of your choice.
