Steps
- Step 1 In a pressure cooker heat, 1 tsp oil add 1/4 tbsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped zucchini, 2 florets broccoli,1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tbsp red chilly powder,1/8 tsp haldi and saute it well
- Step 2 Add in 1/2 tbsp dalia,1/2 tbsp quinoa,1/2 tbsp bajra,1/2 tbsp jowar, water as required and mix it well
- Step 3 Cover the cook with a lid and cook it well
- Step 4 Serve hot
