- Step 1 In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/4 tbsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped zucchini, 2 florets broccoli,1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tbsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp haldi and saute it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3 Add in 1/2 tbsp each of dalia, quinoa, bajra, jowar, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 4 Cover and pressure cook for 45 whistles.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
